Hubitos is operated by an independent software provider. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Hubitos provides an AI-powered operating layer for work, automation, and content creation. Depending on your configuration, the Service may include:
- AI assistants and AI-powered tools;
- Content creation, editing, and repurposing;
- Workflow automation and task execution;
- Knowledge bases and file-related tools;
- Connections to applications, services, and user devices;
- Desktop applications for supported operating systems;
- Social media content management and publishing;
- TikTok account connection, content analysis, and publishing features;
- Local, cloud, private-cloud, or hybrid processing capabilities.
Some features may be available only in certain regions, plans, applications, or environments.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms to use Hubitos. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account;
- Keeping your login credentials confidential;
- All activities performed through your account;
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You must not share your account credentials, access tokens, API keys, or authorization codes with others.
Hubitos may use artificial intelligence to generate text, images, plans, recommendations, summaries, classifications, workflows, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them. Hubitos does not guarantee that AI Outputs will be:
- Accurate or complete;
- Original or free from third-party rights;
- Suitable for a specific business, legal, medical, financial, or professional purpose;
- Accepted by TikTok or any other third-party platform;
- Available without interruption or error.
You are responsible for obtaining any professional advice necessary for your specific situation.
You retain ownership of the text, files, images, videos, data, instructions, and other materials that you submit to or process through Hubitos ("User Content"). You grant Hubitos a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, modify where technically necessary, analyze, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide and operate the Service, perform actions requested by you, generate AI Outputs, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot and support the Service, and comply with legal obligations. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content;
- Your User Content does not violate applicable law;
- Your User Content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from people appearing in your content;
- You will not use Hubitos to process or publish content without proper authorization.
Hubitos may allow you to connect third-party applications, platforms, accounts, devices, or services. When you connect a third-party service:
- You authorize Hubitos to access the data and permissions selected by you;
- You remain responsible for complying with that third party's terms and policies;
- The third party may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue its service or API;
- Hubitos does not control the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services.
You may revoke an integration through Hubitos or the relevant third-party service. Revoking access may not immediately delete information already processed or stored by Hubitos. Data deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Hubitos may integrate with TikTok through TikTok's official developer products, including Login Kit, Display API, and Content Posting API. When you connect a TikTok account:
- You authorize Hubitos to access only the information and permissions you approve;
- Hubitos may access authorized profile information, statistics, and public videos;
- Hubitos may analyze authorized TikTok content to provide its features;
- Hubitos may publish content to TikTok after you authorize the applicable publishing action;
- You remain responsible for the content, caption, hashtags, audience, and privacy settings of any TikTok post;
- Hubitos does not guarantee that TikTok will accept, publish, recommend, or maintain your content;
- TikTok may review, restrict, remove, or limit the visibility of published content.
Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable TikTok policies. Hubitos is an independent third-party service and is not owned, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by TikTok.
If you use Hubitos to publish content to a connected platform:
- You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the content;
- You must review the content and publishing settings before submission;
- You must not use the publishing feature for spam, deception, harassment, or illegal activity;
- You must comply with the rules of the destination platform;
- Hubitos will not be responsible for content removed, restricted, delayed, or rejected by a third-party platform.
Hubitos will only initiate a publishing action when requested or confirmed through the Service.
Some Hubitos features may run on your computer or other device. Certain tasks may be processed locally, while other tasks may use Hubitos' servers or authorized third-party infrastructure. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining a secure and supported device;
- Protecting your local files and operating system;
- Reviewing actions before granting permission;
- Maintaining reliable internet access where required;
- Ensuring that you have the right to access and process files on your device.
You must not use Hubitos to access, modify, or execute actions on a device or system without proper authorization.
You must not use Hubitos to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or developer policies;
- Access another person's account or data without authorization;
- Circumvent platform permissions, API restrictions, or security controls;
- Scrape or collect data outside permitted integrations;
- Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content;
- Send spam, phishing messages, or deceptive communications;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
- Interfere with the operation or security of Hubitos or any third-party service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Some Hubitos features may require payment, credits, or a subscription. Where applicable:
- Prices and billing terms will be displayed before purchase;
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers;
- You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method;
- Fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
- We may suspend paid features for failed or overdue payments.
Additional pricing or subscription terms may apply to specific plans.
The Hubitos Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to Hubitos. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce the Service;
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Service;
- Modify or create derivative works from the Service;
- Remove proprietary notices;
- Use Hubitos' name, logo, or branding without written permission.
Your use of Hubitos is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, retain, and delete personal information and data received through connected services.
Privacy Policy
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, network issues, third-party services, API changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubitos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, content, reputation, or goodwill. This limitation applies to damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service;
- AI-generated results;
- Third-party integrations;
- TikTok or other platform changes;
- Content published or removed by a third-party platform;
- Unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account or credentials.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hubitos, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- Your use of connected platforms or services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Hubitos if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You misuse the Service;
- Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
- We are required to do so by law or a third-party platform;
- You fail to pay applicable fees.
You may stop using Hubitos at any time. After termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, User Content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Hubitos after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location where Hubitos is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Hubitos will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
