Hubitos Data Deletion Instructions

Send an email with the subject Hubitos Data Deletion Request, preferably from the email associated with your Hubitos account. Include:

• Your Hubitos account email or account identifier.
• Whether you want to close your account, delete all relevant personal data, or delete information related to a particular feature or connected platform.
• If relevant, the platform name and connected account, channel or Page identifier, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X or LinkedIn.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes or payment-card details. If you cannot access your account email, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate alternative verification method.

We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and clarify the scope of your request. We will then arrange deletion of the relevant information held by Hubitos and, where applicable, coordinate with service providers processing that information on our behalf, including the provider supporting your social connection.

We process verified requests without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law or platform rules. We will confirm the outcome or explain any information that must be retained and the reason for retention.

For data governed by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, user deletion requests are fulfilled as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Revocation through Google security settings requires deletion of the relevant authorized API data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. A shorter applicable legal deadline takes precedence.

You may disconnect a service using the available Hubitos account controls or revoke its authorization in the platform's connected-app settings. For Google and YouTube, use Google security settings. For connections supported by Upload-Post, check the application name used when you granted access.

Disconnecting, signing out or uninstalling Hubitos does not by itself delete all previously stored information. Email us if you want that information deleted. Deleting data held by Hubitos does not automatically delete your platform account or posts already published on TikTok or another platform; use that platform's controls to remove its copies.

Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, required billing records, fraud prevention or legal claims. Retention is limited to the relevant purpose and period. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the applicable retention process. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain it.

Files saved separately, saved AI memory and related records may need to be included in the scope of a complete deletion request. Copies you downloaded to your device or that a third-party platform holds independently are not automatically deleted by Hubitos.

Deleting content or disconnecting a platform does not by itself cancel a subscription. If you also want to close a paid account, state that in your email so we can address cancellation and any applicable refund rights.
